Volume recruitment is ahead of the contract, which is the right order. The proposal commits to a 10-seat pilot live within two weeks of signature. Pilot is now estimated to begin with 10–15 agents (Shelly-Ann Marrain, 8 Sep); the 9 shortlisted candidates cover the low end of that range.
| Modelled conversion | Postpaid (600) | Fibre (450) |
|---|---|---|
| Lead to right-party contact | 45 to 55% | 65% serviceable-address filter |
| Contact to pitch | 60% | 70% |
| Pitch to activation | 15 to 18% | 20 to 25% |
| Yield, sales per logged hour | 0.50 to 0.70 | 0.35 to 0.50 |
These are our modelled starting ranges, not agreed figures. The pilot exists to validate them against real Digicel lead quality before either side commits to scaled headcount or price. The 1.0 SPH mentioned verbally on 19 August was corrected in the written proposal.
Source: Shelly-Ann’s 8:00 am request and Omari’s 1:09 pm internal email to leadership. Added to this report on 28 October for historical context. The estimates below are not agreed targets or verified industry benchmarks; later commercial and implementation updates above take precedence.
| Digicel requested | DirecOne’s initial internal response |
|---|---|
| 1. Operating model | Warm digital responses into dedicated inbound queues, if available, alongside outbound predictive dialling for cold lists and base re-engagement. Proposed form-to-dialer handoff under 5 minutes, subject to Genesys capability and Digicel agreement; skill-based switching during inbound spikes, with abandonment below 3% as a proposed target. |
| 2. Team structure | Planning ratios: 1 supervisor per 15 agents; 1 manager per 4 supervisors; 1 QA analyst per 15 agents, plus WFM and trainer support. Pilot staffing to reflect the smaller team. Recruitment and selection capability to feature in the proposal. |
| 3. Lead generation | Paid Google/Meta activity, organic landing pages, plan selectors and potential Digicel base lists. At an assumed blended 6.5% end-to-end conversion, 1,050 activations require approximately 16,154 whole raw leads monthly. The email quoted 16,153; 1,050 / 0.065 = 16,153.85, rounded up here. The blended assumption is separate from the product funnels below and requires pilot validation. Base-list access was not confirmed; the later 15 Oct position assigns lead responsibility to DirecOne. |
| 4. Digital acquisition | Google Search for switching/broadband intent and Meta targeting Fibre rollout zones; landing pages with proposed address-serviceability checks, Postpaid plan cards and click-to-call. A/B testing, cost-per-lead ceilings and monthly spend guardrails to be agreed with Digicel. |
| 5. Productivity | Planning assumptions: 90–95% schedule adherence; 70–80% utilisation of logged time (flagged as aggressive); after-call work under 45 seconds; 100–130 automated dials and 30–40 connected conversations per agent per day. Track by Search, Meta, Web and Base lead source. The email included dialer wait in utilisation; the metric definition and treatment of waiting time remain to be clarified before using it as a performance measure. |
| 6. Conversion by product | Postpaid: lead-to-right-party contact 45–55%, contact-to-pitch 60%, pitch-to-activation 15–18%; estimated 0.50–0.70 sales per logged hour. Fibre: serviceable-address filter 65%, contact-to-pitch 70%, pitch-to-activation 20–25%; estimated 0.35–0.50 sales per logged hour. Omari flagged the earlier verbal 1.0 SPH figure for correction. These rates are planning assumptions, not a guaranteed yield. |
| 7. Ramp-up | Original proposal: 10-seat pilot within two weeks of contract execution; scale capacity TBD. Historical planning only: the later working-session update set a 1 Nov pilot start, still expected as of 21 Oct, with CFO sign-off pending. |
| 8. Technology | Proposed secure API bridges into Genesys, CRM integration, VLAN segregation and redundant voice connectivity. Real-time ingestion and serviceability integrations depend on technical discovery and access; this note does not establish that they are implemented. |
| 9. QA & compliance | The internal note proposed COPC-aligned QA scorecards, PCI DSS Level 3, 100% call recording, weekly calibrations and DMAIC improvement cycles. This records the proposed framework; it does not independently verify certification or implementation. |
| 10. Commercials | Pricing was TBD on 20 Aug, especially the lead-generation component. The later TT$79/hour submission, DirecOne’s TT$75/TT$95 acquisition proposal, accepted clawback terms and Digicel’s revised 26 Oct hourly-fee proposal are recorded above. |
Responsibilities in the original request: Digicel provides Genesys, campaign licences and all product, systems and process training. DirecOne manages day-to-day sales operations, workforce planning and performance management, lead generation, digital campaign optimisation, QA and compliance. Later clarification on 15 Oct: DirecOne may direct the dialer settings.
